Heroes is amazing. They showed the first two episodes on the UK 'SCi-FI' channel (it's due to start on BBC2 soon as well), and I was instantly hooked. So, like all good Cult TV Show addicts, I 'somehow' managed to get my hands on the rest of the episodes so far: I just watched number 13. I can easily say that so far, this is better than LOST ever was, even right at the beginning when it ...

A little pseudo ramble today.
I sometimes find myself getting subconsciously stuck into routines, be they work routines (or lack thereof) or maybe conversation patterns, but mainly some sort of pattern as to what I do at a certain time of day. One of these I tend to let myself sink into is what I do when I open my
internet browser. I have all the things I need to look at first in the bookmarks toolbar ...

I've normally always tried to steer clearing of social networking sites, particularly MySpace, which I have generally perhaps wrongly as more than a bit egocentric in it's approach.
Yet it dawned on me today in a big way that this is my last year at my school, and after that I most likely won't keep in touch with most of them mainly because I'm the type of person to text and call out of the blue, even though I like to ...

Ruby on Rails, my new favourite plaything in the last days of 'freedom' before the throngs of academic life, which is grating at my very soul, consumes me again. Actually, I love learning, and I love school, I just hate my ICT Project, which I should be doing as I type this.

Interaction is generally seen as the key to the success of video games, which is the primary reason they differ in scope and audience from books, movies and television. Interaction in storytelling is something with truly appeals to me. I'm not talking about a completely open ended story like 'Oblivion', but something I can lose myself in, while fiddling with all sorts of micro-management tools ...

Thats the name of the new Wordpress release, which I happen to have just installed. I read somewhere that you can make any page the front page, which is going to be very useful once I get the portfolio section made, since I can make a root location (pardon the pun) which leads to this blog or the portfolio. *Borat* NICE!
You might also have noticed the new theme. This is the wonderful '
Hemingway for Wordpress' ...

Look at that, 3 posts in 5 days (A record for me) and then nothing for about 10. I am not a good blogger. But then again, I want to blog about anime and web design, and I have had no time whatsoever to do either, mainly due to my wireless and internet being alarmingly slow. Anyhow ...
The long, ardous journey that is my ICT Project is nearly over: So far I must be on about 150 pages (last year's ...
