I was asked to update my rugby club’s website, effectively for free, so I had to look for a cost-effective method of creating a website with a CMS, news and reports, and an event calendar. After browsing the plugins avaiable, I decided once again to use WordPress.

I went through the designs I made with the club captain until we reached an agreed upon set of visuals, and then built the site in a number of days due to the deadline of a new season. The current webmaster had little to no knowledge of wordpress, but by modifying the look of the admin to make it more intuitive and specific to this site, he found it very easy to navigate and run the site.
